KINDA RADICAL as the ERC Book of the Year

I just Facebooked a link to The Babylon Bee's recent article announcing David Platt's new book, KINDA RADICAL.

I suggested that it is a sure-fire ERC Book of the Year...and apologized to the overwhelming majority of my Facebook friends who will have no idea what the post means.

The press release for the book fits the new New Strategic Plan like a custom-fit glove.

It says, "Learn how to be kinda extreme in your faith for Jesus, some of the time."

Actually, truth be told, that may be a tad extreme for the direction the ERC is planning to take but it's, at least, on the edge of the universe ERC envisions itself living in.

Jesus, according to the Bible, anyway, rarely spoke about the church, never once envisioned such a thing as a local church pastor and left no place in His way of life or in his teaching for an institutional hierarchy.

So, supporters of the new New Strategic Plan, order the book now. According to the Bee, pre-orders for the first printing sold out almost immediately.  Get on that waiting list now!
