I heard Jonathan Falwell attribute this to Francis Chan. And, it is in his book, CRAZY LOVE. But Chan quotes it from Tim Kizziar.
It is a stern warning to the Western Church and, especially to the CGGC:
"Our greatest fear as individuals and as a church should not be of failure but of succeeding at things in life that don't really matter."
