According to some accounts, I have been elevated to the status of a CGGC layman, that is, someone in the body who lacks specialized or professional knowledge. Considering what the CGGC people who are credentialed as possessing specialized or professional knowledge are accomplishing, I'm happy to embrace the designation.

BASED ON AN IDEA FROM MY HONEY: A Note to CGGC Pastors on a Sure-Fire Way not to have to do a Same Sex Wedding
Get yourself defrocked by your Conference's mountaintoppers!!!!!!
If you need to be mentored in this, send me an email. I have a track record of success.
While it is true that I entered this topic tongue in cheek, the point remains that, if and when my Conference actually removes my ordination, the threat of having to perform a same-sex wedding will be moot. No one will be able, legally, to do the ritual.
Since the concept of clergy is absent from the Bible, well New Testament anyway, why shouldn't our Conferences defrock all the clergy? Problem solved, right?
